Joseph Catto started Professional Representation (Pro-Rep) in 1995. The company is devoted exclusively to Financial, Portfolio, and Retirement Planning. Pro-Rep offers planning programs for client usage at no charge; all are welcome to arrange for professional assistance in Planning and Investment areas. These user-friendly programs allow participants to select the level of detail they wish.

Catto has extensive experience in financial planning and consulting. With a BS in accounting, and an MBA in Finance, Catto has over 30+ years of experience consulting with numerous large companies in various managerial positions.

Originally, Pro-Rep came about to provide Logistics and Financial consulting services to Industry and Government. Pro-Reps client list included the University of Maryland University College, ChemLogix LLC and National Research Council. Pro-Rep served as an Industrial Advisor for "The National Survey of Corporation Best Practices" which was featured in the Harvard Business Review (January 1997).
